Join us for the 5th annual 4Ward Gala and the Pa’Lante (4Ward) Awards. This year individuals will be honored who have made an outstanding contribution to grassroots organizing and engagement.
This event is an exclusive fundraiser for 4Ward Miami, Inc which promotes civic engagement in South Florida through its programming. 4Ward Miami produces the Gay8 Festival hosted by the LGBTQ community and held on Sunday, February 16 (President’s Day Weekend), and 4Ward Americas on February 14 & 15 – an LGBTI international human rights conference at the Miami Beach Convention Center during the same weekend. In addition the organization works on several different kinds of outreach and education campaigns.

Pa’Lante Awards represent a recognition and celebration of people that have helped move the South Florida community forward. Honorees are selected based on the impact of their effort as well as the length of their service. Join us as we celebrate these local heroes in a fun-filled night with music, food and fun. “Pa’Lante” is Spanish slang, short for “para adelante,” to push or move forward.
